i live in the most beautiful eugene, oregon. i'm currently disabled due to treatment resistant severe depression. i've been blogging since election day of 2000.
i'm born and raised in the mountains of southwestern virginia. i could join the daughters of the american revolution, i don't think they'd like me cause i hear they like to throw tea parties instead of rallies and revolutions.

oohh.. its the little things these days.
like the track ball i plugged in yesterday. its freakin' huge, but i love it. its perfect for my hands, fingers and wrist.. and my gateway hasn't frozen since i plugged it in.
and the new fridge i'm getting tommorrow. my landlord heard about my crappy fridge, and sent his maintenance guy off to get one for me from st. vinnies. i don't care if its second hand, as long as its frost free and the freezer opens up from the *outside* and is not one of those stupid ones inside the fridge, i'll be happy. i'll finally be able to make my own juice pops, maybe even juice made from my juicer!
yes, its the little things that keep insanity at bay.
