i live in the most beautiful eugene, oregon. i'm currently disabled due to treatment resistant severe depression. i've been blogging since election day of 2000.
i'm born and raised in the mountains of southwestern virginia. i could join the daughters of the american revolution, i don't think they'd like me cause i hear they like to throw tea parties instead of rallies and revolutions.

well, my little max cat is pretty much the same. last night he did find his way into a nice little hiding spot in the closet. i woke up at 3.30am and spent 15 minutes looking for him. i left him there till 8 am when i extracted him in order to give him his antibiotics. he and i curled up on my bed until 12, as soon as i got up he followed me and i asked if he wanted to go out, which he said yes too. he spent the afternoon outside, then i brought him back inside. he slept a little and then came out to the livingroom, i think to be with the rest of us. he's eaten a little bit, i have yet to see him drink anything, and i think he's used the litter box once, though i'm not sure.. i've just deduced that because he came out to the living room with something littery stuck too his foot. he's been under my papasan since about 6pm. i'll call the vet tommorrow morning, she told me to and i'm worried about this not drinking thing. though whenever i put food underneath him he eats it.. not a lot, but he does eat some. thats better than nothing.
i think thats it. its been quite the lazy day. i ment to do some reading and some listening for the lcbordc committee and work on the pflag site, but i ended up not doing anything except some list moderation. i've been invited to see a movie with a friend tommorrow, a friend that is leaving in a while, but there is also a fundraiser for the lcbordc that i've already committed too. hmm.
